Refund Policy

This page explains our Higher Weed Delivery refund policy in a simple and clear way. You’ll find details on defective or damaged products, California return rules, and how to check recalls or report concerns.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Yet we always support you if something goes wrong with your product.

We don’t accept returns for personal preference. This means you can’t return an item because you didn’t like the flavor, felt different effects, or changed your mind.

Defective or Damaged Products

You may return any defective or damaged item within 7 days. We’ll add store credit to your next delivery order once we confirm the issue. Common examples include a vape cart that won’t fire or an edible that shows signs of mold.

All returned items must stay in the original packaging with clear lot and batch details. You must also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

We destroy all defective or damaged manufactured products or return them to the licensed distributor.

California Cannabis Retail Guidelines 2025

California allows returns of cannabis products. Yet state law blocks retailers from reselling returned items. Since returned products can’t reenter the supply chain, most dispensaries stick to strict all sales final rules. They only offer exchanges or store credit for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Every dispensary sets its own policy. Some offer limited exchanges, and others accept no returns at all. Check each store’s posted policy before you buy.

California Code of Regulations, Title 4, Section 15410 states that retailers shall not resell cannabis goods that have been returned.

If you’re worried about a product’s quality, safety, or labeling, it may be part of a recall.

Contact the Retailer

You must contact the licensed retailer where you bought the product for a refund or exchange. California law requires stores to honor refunds within 7 days if no return policy is posted. This applies to most items with some exceptions. All stores must follow their posted policy.
